All burning tests are performed using cube samples only. Please provide your cube images (step sequence) and, if available, the cube dimensions.

Procedure

  1. Use a single standardized cube sample (customer-provided size; typical weight ≈ 15 g).
  2. Place the cube on a metal crucible or heat-resistant stand on a stable surface.
  3. Ignite the cube with a standardized flame for 2 minutes, then allow it to burn freely until self-extinguished.
  4. Record burn time, residual mass (ash %), smoke level and odor; photograph the cube at key stages.

Conditions & Notes

  • Sample shape: cube
  • Size: as specified by order (provide dimensions with images)
  • Sample sizes: 25, 26, 27 mm
  • Typical expectation: steady flame, odourless, smokeless, ash < 2.5%
