From Raw Material to Finished Product

Raw Coconut Charcoal Selection
We carefully select only the best raw coconut shell charcoal as our base material, ensuring consistent quality from the very first step.
Rotary Process
Raw charcoal goes through our industrial rotary screening machine for uniform size separation and initial cleaning.
Crushing & Mixing
Charcoal is crushed to a fine, consistent powder and mixed to achieve the ideal composition for pressing.
Blending Process
The crushed charcoal is blended with food-grade binders to ensure strong cohesion, long burn time, and low ash output.
Briquette Pressing
Blended material is pressed under high pressure into precise cube shapes — uniform in size and density for consistent performance.
Drying Process
Freshly pressed briquettes are dried thoroughly to remove moisture, reaching the optimal moisture content for export quality.
Packaging
Finished briquettes are packed into inner plastic (1 kg), inner box (1 kg), and master box (10 kg) — with silica gel included and private label options available.
